Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Habanero Flags purchase, you can return your unused order in the original packaging for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the item being delivered.

Warranty;

Habaneroflags warrants these flag-sets shall be free from material defects and material workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery to the customer.

This warranty does NOT cover Flag wear from wind damage, fading from sun or water, squeaking of moving parts, scratches, damage of poles or flag pole mounts, bases, pins, or bent halyards from high wind, misuse, modifications or damage from being dropped or lost overboard (or the highway), theft or vandalism.

Care and Maintenance;

Our flag sets are made of polished stainless steel to avoid leaving scratches when you clean stainless steel parts you should always use a soft clean and dry cloth under no circumstances should you ever use items such as wire brushes, steel wool, scrubbing pads, sandpaper, or anything else with a rough texture. To wash simply run a soapy cloth over your flag set metal surfaces gently rinse it off and dry the area completely be sure to do this regularly. Spray all moving parts with silicone spray or liquid wax.
